Wal-Mart heading to planning commission after months of delay

VISTA —- Wal-Mart’s planned expansion of its retail store in east Vista may be heading for a lawsuit.
In letters to city officials, attorney Neal Maguire of the international firm Latham & Watkins has claimed that Vista insufficiently analyzed the project’s environmental effects. (View Complete Article)
