Herum Crabtree and the Suntag Law Firm announced their merger in a press release Feb. 3. The new firm will be known as Herum/Crabtree/Suntag.
“This merger greatly enhances the depth, talent and experience of our firm, especially in the areas of complex business litigation, bankruptcy matter and mediation,” said Herum Crabtree managing partner Steve Herum.
