Brittany Bruce joined Herum Crabtree Suntag as an associate in July 2026 after obtaining a J.D. from Humphreys University Drivon School of Law, and admission to the State Bar of California in November 2025. While in law school, Brittany earned Top Oralist and Best Brief in the Moot Court Competition.
Drawing on more than 21 years of experience as a paralegal before becoming an attorney, Brittany brings a practical understanding of every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution. Throughout Brittany’s legal career, she has worked closely with attorneys and public entity clients on complex litigation matters, developing a strong foundation in case strategy, legal research, drafting, and litigation management. Prior to joining Herum Crabtree Suntag, Brittany worked as a paralegal at the City Attorney’s Office in the City of Stockton, as well as with a full-service U.S. law firm, representing various public agencies.
Aside from work, Brittany enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
