Simran Chahal

Simran Chahal joined Herum Crabtree Suntag in September 2025 after obtaining her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law as a law clerk and became an associate in December 2025 after her admittance to the California State Bar.

While in law school, she served as a Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and Member-at-Large on the UC Davis Moot Court Honors Board. In her second year, she externed in the chambers of the Honorable Daniel J. Calabretta of the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, where she gained valuable insight on the federal judiciary process. She is also first-generation attorney in her family.
